Next level service. Absolute expert who delivers an unforgettable experience. BRAVO! To all the pet owners, one stop is all it takes. I casually came to Best Friend's on Friday night around 6 pm. In search of a solid cat scratcher. The gentleman, who I assume was the owner, was eager to help. He showed me around, asked questions about my pet, and handily guided me to the appropriate items. While I came for a toy, I left with a new understanding of my cat's dietary needs. He provided me a few samples of grain free dry food, and I purchased a new wet option without by-products. Thank you for an excellent experience! I'll be back.

The recommendations that I received when I first came into the store literally turned my cat’s health around, and in the right direction. (He’s now an old happy cat and doing wonderfully.) Truly helpful service and knowledge waiting to be shared. Essentially the exact opposite experience of the big box pet stores in so many ways. I cannot recommend enough.

We are so lucky to have this shop in our neighborhood. The owner knows All Things Doggo and has been wildly patient with us as new puppy parents. We’ve learned a ton just by talking with him, and this little guy is a happier pup because of it!

The best pet supply store in the area. The guy who owns it is so nice, and they have a great selection of products at very affordable prices. Skip the chain shops in wicker and come support this spot!

Large selection of freeze dried treats! My pup loves the frozen duck necks. The store pups are worth a visit themselves ☺️

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner who is always looking out for your pets best interest. Food & treat selection is of high quality and hands picked by the owner. If there's anything you can't find he'll also go out of his way to order it for you. Occasionally they host little community events and there's always a pool out front during the summer.

Great place to get quality pet food. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I noticed an improvement in the overall health of my pets after switching their food. The owner is good at listening to what your issues are and making suggestions.

Absolute best small biz pet store in the west side. The owner knows what he is talking about and can recommend just about anything with a confidence that is hard to find in person. If you need to find something for your pet, this is an absolute great stop!

A great selection of food & treats are available for both dogs and cats. I try to feed my dog higher quality food and I found exactly what I needed. I now buy a dog food imported from Italy & I haven't seen her gut health this good ever in the past.The best part is the store owner is VERY knowledgeable and can find or recommend your perfect fit. Stop in here, you can tell this guy is a pet lover - birds, reptiles, dogs, are all in the store hanging out. I love brining my dog here bc now her and the owner are best friends. He even gave her a bday ice cream cake treat on her birthday!

We just adopted a dog last week and came in looking for help with food and healthy snacks. The owner was amazing & super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about pet health. It’s clear he really cares about what he’s selling and the well-being of your pet. If you’re looking for clean products and expert guidance, I highly recommend this place!
